To help us succeed, we are seeking two distinctive leaders who can bring a new perspective, creativity, and dynamism to further enhance our close team here at CHFT. We are looking for transformational leaders with experience of shaping and delivering strategy and change founded upon an unwavering commitment to performance and quality.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of clinical operations here at CHFT both in our hospitals and in community settings across Calderdale. During the pandemic and for the foreseeable future this role will continue to be pivotal in heading up our CHFT and system wide response to the pandemic. Features of this also include working closely together with COOs from across the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts helping to create a wider patch-wide response as well as our local authorities and other local healthcare partners.
Looking ahead, modernising and moving with the times is essential as we are a Trust which doesn’t stand still yet our patients must always come first. You will be a senior, experienced NHS leader who loves their work and a challenge with an excellent track record of delivering against targets as well as being a respected team leader and team player.
Managing Director, Digital Health.
CHFT has a proud reputation of embracing and being at the forefront of new technology to support NHS care. You will deliver the Trust’s Digital Health Strategy and lead the digital transformation of services to provide safe, outstanding compassionate care.
The services you will lead will not just be about those important services provided to our local people and colleagues, you will be responsible for providing Health Informatics Services to customers from right across the United Kingdom as a part of delivering on our digital business strategy.
You must have significant senior management experience in a large complex organisation where you have delivered demonstrably high-quality services. You will have managed change in a customer centred organisation and delivered successfully against challenging performance targets.
